I'd have to agree with Reactor but to a degree in two different animated versions of Superman his X-rays could give off radiation in the animated series from the 1990's both he and Supergirl were fighting some alien that was vulnerable to their x-rays it was like heat vision except instead of a red beam it was white, and in one of the older series some alien had planted eggs around the city the could only be hatched by radiation, so when Superman went to look for them they all hatched cause he used x-ray vision to find them.
